Registration can only be paid for in euros.

The full registration rate includes access to conferences, round tables and workshops, the delegate’s case, coffee breaks, breakfasts and welcome cocktails, congress communications abstracts and publication of “Oeno 2015” texts (Access to the texts on intranet site,  with DVD-ROM).

A convention with Elsevier is going to be finalized to permit the authors the submission of their work in various Elsevier journals. All these publications shall be gathered to constitute  a virtual Oeno 2015 Special Issue. All papers will be peer-reviewed before acceptance for publication.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be notified by email to the registration desk.
Cancellation before May 20, 2015: cancellation fees of 120 euros
Cancellation after May 20, 2015: no refund of the amount paid

-      You can obtain a a reduction ticket during the event, up to 20% discount from your station of departure in France to Bordeaux during the Oeno 2015 Symposium period. This reduction is available for a return ticket.
To obtain your “fichet congrès” please make sure that you have correctly filled your registration.

> Accommodation:

We have selected several hotels regarding their localization. You can make reservations by filling the accommodation questionnaire during your online registration. 

How to book our room:
1. Select the hotel category on the online registration form
2. You will receive your reservation and details of your hotel
3. The hotel booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the credit card detail send to the secretariat.

No amount will be charged.
You will pay the hotel booking directly at your arrival
Make sure to make your booking by March 30, 2015. After that date, rooms will not be guaranteed.
